05EU Digital Services Act — single point of contact

Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the single point of contact for both Member State authorities and recipients of the service is:

Notices of allegedly illegal content can be sent to [email protected] in line with Article 16 DSA, or — for faster triage — through our trust & safety form. Trusted flaggers verified under Article 22 DSA may use either channel.

06Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board, except where required by law.

07Liability — user content, hosting, and links

beerreal is a hosting platform, not a publisher. Posts, photos, videos, captions, reactions and any other material uploaded by users are their content. Each user agrees to our terms of service at sign-up and is solely responsible for what they post, including ensuring it is lawful, that they have the rights to it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not endorse, verify, or pre-moderate user content.

Our liability for user-generated content is limited by Article 6 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) and §§7–10 of the German Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (DDG): as a hosting service we are not liable for stored third-party information of which we have no actual knowledge of illegality, and we have no general duty to monitor user content. When we receive a valid notice under Article 16 DSA we act expeditiously. Our community rules and enforcement process are set out in the terms.

For our own content on these pages — the marketing site, legal pages, press kit and similar — we are responsible in accordance with general laws (§7(1) DDG).

Our website contains links to external third-party websites whose content we have no influence over. We cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
